What a great find! And it looks to be in pretty good shape for a building the same age as me--ha, ha, ha! Sorry, couldn't resist those ha's.

This building was constructed in 1947. That's about all I could find on it. If you enlarge the photo and take notice of the black arrow on the sign you can see where the light bulbs were on the original sign.
