Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween from Vegas, a place where it's always Halloween. Today's shot is a creepy fish on a wall Downtown at the Arts Factory.

Pick your Poison
Will it be the sexy cocktail waitress, the football or the huge bong thingy? I think I like the football since it's Sunday, but the thought of drinking something blue is pretty gross.
You'll find these adult sippy cups Downtown at the bar outside at the Golden Gate Hotel and Casino.

Smear and Loathing
Last Saturday we participated in an interactive art exhibit Smear and Loathing , outside the Arts Factory. Smear and Loathing was part of the new genres festival Off the Strip 2010. This is my handy work this is photo of our Governor's image smeared with a bleach and water solution.
I don't know about you but I am sick of politics, I just want this election to be over with.

Safety First
And you thought texting was just for the under 30 crowd. I'm glad these ladies decided to pull over instead of texting while driving. This was shot outside of the Golden Nugget on Fremont Street.

What a Dish
I thought this 5¢ slots, poker and keno dish looked pretty cool. First I thought it was a plate, I stopped to take a photo and realized this must be an old satellite dish. Pretty clever don't you think? This was across the street from the World's Largest Margarita on Decatur and Flamingo.

World's Largest Margarita
Ricardo's of Las Vegas has been a Las Vegas cornerstone for 30 years. To help celebrate this benchmark tonight and tomorrow Ricardo's Mexican Restaurant will have a party in the parking lot, with the World's Largest Margarita. That's right this Margarita will beat the current record of 7,039 gallons set by Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.Ricardo's of Las Vegas will attempt to break the record with a Margarita made up of 7,500 gallons. But wait there's more, the Roangel Tequila has been infused with hibiscus making the record breaking cocktail probably the largest Pink Drink !
Mo fact: I have never tasted tequila nor will I because I can 't stand the smell of it. I was nauseated by the smell of it.

Vacation Pic
I'm so happy the NY Giants won today I thought I would post one of my vacation pictures. Unfortunately this shot was from the Giants/Titans game which was disastrous. On the upside going to the Giants game with my brother is always a highlight of my trip home.
Back to the vacation picture, even though the Giants were getting creamed this guy never gave up on them, he was a crazy Giants fan. BTW ladies, I noticed he doesn't have a ring on his finger, how can that be? I'm not sure if it's the face paint, or the muscle pants that does it before me.

Heckout
Excuse me, but where does one heckout? Obviously someone made off with the "C". This sign was spotted inside that Coca Cola Store on the Strip. It's a beautiful day here in Las Vegas so I'm going to heckout and get outside to enjoy it, with my camera in hand. Happy Saturday.

Doggie District Pet Resort
Today's photo was inspired by my dog Suzie, I was driving home from work when I saw a dog in the car in front of me that looked like her. I thought I should stop by the Doggie District Pet Resort and snap a shot of that cool doggie in front. The Doggie District is located on Rainbow Blvd just off of Cheyenne in the northwest.

It's Still a Fried Twinkie
What's the saying? You can put Lipstick on Pig, but it's sill a pig. That's what comes to mind when I saw this billboard outside of Mermaid Casino Downtown. A fried twinkie is still a fried twinkie.

St Francis of Assisi
Today Catholics celebrate the feast of St Francis. St Francis was a huge animal lover, with that said today many parishes held a special blessing ceremony for your pet. This is the ceremony at St John Neumann's church in North Las Vegas that Suzie and I attended tonight. While most of the animals were dogs, I did see a few birds, hamsters, one cat and a turtle.

Lamp Post Ram
I love when I catch details like this. So often we tend to walk through life looking at the bigger things and often miss the small awesome things that are all around us.This is a lamp post at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino.
