Pardon My Rant

I had a crappy customer experience today. I really did and I was... let's just say not the quiet, demure, lady like customer. I wonder how is it, in a state with double digit unemployment I went to buy a laptop,notebook (whatever you want to call it) they could not close the deal? My favorite part of the experience the kid who was helping me after I told him I would buy it goes to the front of the store, helps someone else while leaving me hanging?  One person stepped up I will know tomorrow if he succeeds and I have my new laptop.

Workers have no interest in the process of the store, they just get a paycheck. Unfortunately customer service is not taught in school.
