Theme Day Under Construction

Every construction project starts with a plan. This is the plan for Lucky Lady Lucy the fabulous Vegas Showgirl who is under construction at the "Urban Playa" Downtown at the Boulder Plaza in 18b. Lucky Lady Lucy, built to burn on the Black Rock Playa in September at Burning Man.
Work is scheduled to continue at this coming First Friday, I will have to check on their progress.
